I used to have a Mercedes (it was awful and I got rid of it) but I still get the Mercedes Me emails, and what they are doing in the world of embedded finance is so impressive! (The build quality of my car was less so, but that is another story!) As ever, thank you for being the highlight of my Friday morning.

Exactly right. I'm a casual driver but so many frustrations. I didn't even cover the rise of P2P car sharing, or companies like ZipCar.
Ahh, Mercedes used to build great cars. I'm still a fan of the new A-Class and if they keep pushing ahead and improving the car (and the payments system) it'll be the car I buy when I eventually move out of London.
